The location was good, within walking distance of Priory Ruins. The staff was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, they showed us what good service is supposed to be like. The food was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This hotel feels like home with its family-like service. The staff went above and beyond, providing take-away breakfasts for early departures. The rooms, especially the ones with a kitchenette, are in perfect condition and provide value for money. The garden and pond are tranquil retreats away from the highway.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! the atmosphere was cozy and warm with festive decorations. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast for the kids and the free parking that was conveniently located near the entrance. the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery which really made us feel like we were on holiday.
There were no Christmas-themed activities despite the holiday season. the quality of the food could have been better, particularly the buffet which lacked variety.

Old world luxury, tranquil setting, friendly staff, helpful guard, decent gym equipment.
Noisy gym, expensive buffet, smelly carpet, small tea cups, faulty parking lights.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the delicious dinner and breakfast, and had a great time sitting by the cozy fireplace. The hotel's perfect location made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions, and the friendly staff was always willing to help us with taxi services.
the noise from the main road kept us awake at night, and we had to request a change of room. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating and quickly moved us to a quieter room.

We loved how clean and well-equipped the hotel facilities were, including the fridge and microwave that the friendly staff allowed us to use. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to sport event venues and major highways, making transportation convenient. Additionally, the hotel's enclosed entrance with comfortable couches was a great place to relax and store our luggage.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
